At Nailis.store, we pride ourselves on the clinical precision and professional quality of our grooming tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you through a transparent and structured return process.
I. Returns and Eligibility To ensure hygiene and safety standards—given the personal care nature of our products—returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original professional packaging.

The product must include all original accessories, positioning guides, and protective cases.

Items showing signs of use, skin contact, or damage not caused by our error will not be eligible for return due to sanitary regulations.
II. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Gifts cards.

Individual items from a bundle/set (unless the entire set is returned).

Personalized or modified tools.
III. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
IV. Exchanges (Defects or Damage) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team at support@Nailis.store.
V. Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
